The Board comprises the President, Vice-President, Treasurer, Corresponding Secretary and Recording Secretary, with up to 4 Directors. Term of Office of the Board has been changed from one year to two years since 2006. Installation Ceremonies are held usually in May.
Current Committees are those of Service, Advocacy, Membership, Fellowship, Programme, Information Technology, Public Relations, Z & Golden Z Clubs and Nomination; headed by either Board members or members of the Club.
