「網絡清『凌』——向網絡欺凌說不‧短片製作比賽2022/23」
由香港東區崇德社主辦,香港青年協會賽馬會Media 21媒體空間 (M21)協辦的「網絡清『凌』—向網絡欺凌說不‧短片製作比賽2022/23」,旨在提升公眾對網絡欺凌的認識及關注,並培養正確使用互聯網的態度—透過關愛及尊重所有網絡使用者,減低及預防網絡欺凌的情況。
比賽邀請全港中小學生及公眾人士製作有關杜絕網絡欺凌的短片,向社會大眾講解有關網絡欺凌出現的形式、負面影響及處理方式,推動網絡上關愛及互相尊重的文化。比賽吸引超過160支隊伍參與,經過多輪評選,其中首席評審包括著名導演、監製張婉婷女士、高先電影有限公司創辦人曾麗芬女士和著名演員、唱作歌手李治廷先生,共同選出優異作品。

香港東區崇德社期望得獎作品能夠對網絡欺凌問題產生積極的影響,就網絡欺凌的問題起防微杜漸之效,並為建立一個更健康的網絡社會作出貢獻。
Video Competition 2022-2023 for “Say No to Cyberbullying”
Zonta Club of Hong Kong East assisted by The Hong Kong Federation of Youth Groups Jockey Club Media 21 (M21), organized a Video Competition 2022-2023 for "Say No to Cyberbullying”, to raise awareness and promote a culture of respect and care among internet users. Over 160 entries were received from primary and secondary school students and the public, and the winning videos were announced at the awards ceremony on July 22, 2023. The captioned competition aimed to address the problem of cyberbullying through education and prevention among netizens. The winning videos highlighted the negative effects of cyberbullying and provided solutions and suggestions of dos and don’ts for addressing the problem. Special thanks to the star-studded judges including Ms Mabel Cheung, Ms Winnie Tsang and Mr Aarif Lee, as well as the dedication of Zontian Anna Wong for inviting the chief judging panel, and the support and collaboration of our organising teams at Zonta Club of Hong Kong East and M21 throughout this project. Among the overwhelmingly positive feedback from the audiences, teacher participants particularly expressed their gratitude for the information and pledged to incorporate the anti-cyberbullying videos into their lessons for media literacy and value education in the upcoming semesters.
Zonta Club of Hong Kong East is committed to making a positive impact on the issue of cyberbullying by actively working to prevent it and promoting a responsible culture of user habits among all netizens. Through our efforts, we aim to contribute to the establishment of a healthier cyber space where individuals can use the internet safely and without fear of harassment or abuse.
