Topic:Empowering personalized women’s health in the new era: emerging the
science and the tradition of Chinese medicine (新時代女性對個人健康的追求 :
融合科學與中醫傳統)

Abstract:
Female of Hong Kong won the highest age of 87.3 (vs 81.3 of male) among the world that report by the Minister of health of Japan recently. One reason account of the world-rank efficiency of our public medical care and welfare. Another perspective account on our deeply rooted Chinese culture of “Not-yetill” (治未病) from our family that been gate-keeping by our family for our
healthy lifestyles or eating habit. In this luncheon talk, a web-based for empowering the concept of “Not-yet-ill” will be briefly introduced to translate from science to daily personalized self-care from the Chinese Medicine perspective. Apart from physical health, the importance of mental health across different age stages of female in the Chinese Medicine perspective will be
introduced. We hope this luncheon talk will give a hands-on sharing for grabbing the major ideas of healthy living from both science and Chinese Medicine.
