Hong Kong – March 13, 2026 – Zonta Club of Hong Kong East is thrilled to reflect on the resounding success of its collaborative Art Jamming event, held in partnership with Learning Bridge Association (LBA) and Caritas Mother Teresa School. The inspiring initiative, themed “Birdsong and Blossoms” (鳥語花香), brought together diverse participants to foster creativity, self-expression, and inclusion.
The event took place on Wednesday, 26 November 2025, at the Main Hall of Caritas Mother Teresa School. It united 25 Form 4-5 students from the school, 6 neurodivergent artists and 2 art mentors from LBA, and 7 dedicated Zonta members along with two friends. Participants collaborated to create stunning 100 x 100 cm art pieces, forming deep connections through shared creative experiences.
The outcomes were profound: increased awareness of SEN students’ needs, forged personal bonds, and actionable insights for building more inclusive environments. Building on the success of similar past events—where collaborative art pieces have been auctioned off by LBA—the event underscored the immense potential and creativity within these groups.
