On July 15th, the Advocacy Committee of Zonta Club of HK East presented another session of the “say No to cyber violence “ Seminar. This time specially for adults namely : parents , teachers, social workers and any adults that are interested in the topic.
The session was well attended by teachers from different schools including the PoLeung Kuk group of schools ,” Friends “ from the Hong Kong General Chamber of Commerce, ZONTA members etc .
Atty shared her experience with a number of live cases ; the psychology of the offender(s) , how teachers and parents should give more time and provide counselling and guidance before the situations get worse .
A number of interesting questions were raised where we learn that
-the Government has a monitoring system in cyber communications.
-NGOs are providing counselling services in different ways .
-more attention to be paid to school students by teachers and parents are paramount .

香港東區崇德社於七月十五舉辦了第二場由程翠雲女士主講的<<向網絡暴力說不>>的網上研討會, 是次主要對象是家長、老師和社工等。
當天出席人士包括來自保良局轄下多家學校的老師、香港總商會的友好及崇德社的會員等。
程女士分享了不少真實個案, 從犯事者的心理狀況,到老師及家長們如何騰出時間，好好引導及輔導學生和子女，防患於未然。
會上觸及不少有趣的課題， 讓參加人士獲益良多， 如:
-政府一直就網絡通訊設有一套監控系統
-不同的非牟利團體提供不同的輔導服務
-老師和家長對學生/子女的關注尤為重要
