After suspension of fellowship activity due to the Omicron outbreak, members of Zonta Club of Hong Kong East alongside with family and friends joined a fellowship lunch and a group visit to Hong Kong Palace Museum. After a delicious fellowship lunch in Tsim Sha Tsui, members and entourage continued their cultural exploration and experiential discovery in Chinese heritage; for example, appreciating those special exhibitions including the 35 masterpieces of Chinese paintings and calligraphy from the Beijing’s Palace Museum collection, of which six paintings were mounted as an album for display in rotation. Many of those priceless artifacts are being showcased outside of the Beijing’s Palace Museum for the first time, offering a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity for such cultural exposure in the world. With the latest interactive approaches in exhibitions to showcase Chinese heritage, our members also promote and support local cultural diversity and activities in action.

因新冠疫情爆發而暫停了好一陣子的聯誼活動，香港東區崇德社終於順利於尖沙咀舉辦聯誼午餐並到訪香港故宮博物院參觀。崇德社友們連同親友除了享受美好的午餐，更有幸觀賞到來自北京故宮博物院的珍藏瑰寶，例如35件晉、唐、宋、元書畫，其中有6開為1套冊頁，分期展出。很多珍貴文物都是首次在北京故宮博物院外展出，因此大家流連忘返，不僅體驗了嶄新的策展手法以傳達中國文化的精深和薰陶並支持本地多元性的文化活動。
